The New B.Ed College, Nellimoodu, started in 2005, is a self- financing Teacher Education Institution affiliated to the University of Kerala and recognized by the Govt of Kerala. The college has 8.5 acres of land and is situated in the sub-urban part of Thiruvananthapuram District– just 20 kms from the state capital and is well accessible by road. The college has an intake of 100 students in five optional subjects. The subjects offered are:
